He is survived by: his wife Patricia Siwek Murzyn; his mother Audrey Murzyn; his children, Michelle Leba (Doug), JoAnn Murzyn Stubbs and Michael Murzyn (Alicia); and his grandchildren, Josephine, Jack, Harper and Brooke. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
