He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Rowe and Margaret Rowe; and his mother-in-law Ruthie Straka. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his stepdaughter Chantelle Scanlon (Chris); his grandchildren, Callie, Isabelle and Theo; his sister-in-law Candy Gallagher; his brother Rex (Debbie); and his niece Amy Rowe.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Miller Funeral Home (6210 Hwy 65 NE, Fridley, MN 55432). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery (7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450).
