She is survived by: her children, Patrick Guse (Holly) and Heather Thompson (Jon); her grandchildren, Brandi, Baili, Lauren, Parker, Madison, Hunter, Samantha and Jena; her great grandchild Cohen; and her brothers, Tony, David, Paul and Peter. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
