He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Douglas and Flora Douglas; his siblings, Francis Douglas (Martha) and Rose Marie Dawkins; and his sons-in-law, Thomas Ohloff and Michael McCalister.
He is survived by: his wife Jewell; his children, Carmela Hubler (John), Bart Douglas (Carol), Glenda McCalister and Jeff Douglas (Maria); his siblings, Ivan Douglas (Mary) and Joyce Stevison (Larry); and his brother-in-law Robert Dawkins. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
