He was predeceased by: his brother John Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Susan M. (Hanson); his children, Charity Lee (Brad Anderson), Stacy J. E. Connolly (Jonathan) and Adam Lee (Jessica); his grandchildren, Jakob, Jaxson, Hunter, Brady and Evelyn; his siblings, Judy Ness (Don), Larry Joe (Judy), Randy (Deanna) and Julie Hertig (Chris); his sister-in-law Lori Ellestad; and his pet Elvis. He is also survived by many relatives and good friends.
