It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chad Walter Lizakowski of Fridley, Minnesota, who passed away on August 21, 2020, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Sondra Lizakowski (Mortenson); and his father-in-law Stanley T. Wiatros. He is survived by: his father Walter Lizakowski; his wife Jo Ann Lizakowski (Wiatros); his children, Maggie (Riley Doriott), Genevieve (Quentin Mann Jr.) and Joshua; his grandsons, Cameron and Adrian Mann-Lizakowski; his brother Jamie; his mother-in-law Frances Wiatros; and his godchildren, Rachel Wiatros, Marinna Kugler and Piotrek Wasienski. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
