He was predeceased by: his stepfather Jerry Fish Sr.; and his grandparents, Donna, Usher Schaefer, Elizabeth (Betty) and Clyde Whaley.

He is survived by: his parents, Cheryl Schaefer Fish and Robert Whaley Sr.; his sons, Benjamin, Samuel Whaley and Travis Davidson (Tina); his grandchildren, Logan and Ivan Davidson; his siblings, Robert Jr. Whaley (Tammy), Lisa Foley (Thomas), Heather Whaley, Shanna Whaley, Kimberly Greene and Jerry Fish (Lora); and his former wife Lori Schuerman. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Memorial Services are yet to be determined due to current Coronavirus concerns.
