She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip Pavlak; her parents, Ray Rumph and Margaret Rumph (Brogan); her sister Kathy Smith; her brother-in-law Stephen Pavlak; and her grandson Phillip Michael Pavlak.
She is survived by: her children, Vince Pavlak (Shelly), Kimberly Kallman (Jeff), Michelle Pavlak (Mike) and Jason Pavlak (Leslie); her grandchildren, Becca Josh (Robert), Dustin, Beth (Lawrence), Nikki (Ethan), Louis, Bobby (Sharaya) and Ravin (Dusty); her great grandchildren, Robert, Graysin, Chloe, Nevaeh, Ayden, Ayker, Aubree, Deklin and Kain; her grandchildren, Gage, Natalyah, Asher, Cooper, Lydia and Lauryn; her siblings, Debbie, Peggy, Patsy and Ralph; and her brother-in-law Daniel Pavlak. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Miller Funeral Home (6210 Hwy 65 NE, Fridley, MN 55432). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery (7601 34th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55450).
