She is survived by: her husband Ed Hamernik; her children, Craig Hamernik (Lori) of Hillsdale, WI and Marcia Oltrogge (Dan) of Colorado Springs, CO; her grandchildren, Lucas Hamernik of Ridgeland, WI, Alaina Oltrogge of Amsterdam, Steve Oltrogge (Nicole) of Denver, CO and Megan Tjader (Andy) of Altoona, WI; her sister Marianne Erlien (Chuck) of Circle Pines, MN; and her former Rotary exchange students, Jouni Niemi (Finland) and Carol Muller-Grau.
