It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of LaVern Scherping of Freeport, Minnesota, who passed away on February 3, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Scherping and Laura Scherping (Luethmers); and his niece Lori Scherping. He is survived by: his siblings, Loren Scherping (Jane) of Freeport and Lou Ann Jost (Norb) of Richmond; his nieces and nephews, Jason Scherping (Amy), Bryan Scherping (Kim), Randy Scherping (Megan), Sandy Flath (Monte) and Kristin Kerfeld (Nicholas); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tyler, Alyssa, Wyatt, Hailey, McKenna, Callie, Savannah, Sawyer, Freya, Alya, Carly and Henry.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
