He was predeceased by: his parents, William Goebel and Frances Goebel (Hiltner) of Freeport, MN.; and his siblings, Alvina Blommel, Valeria Sebek (Long), Loretta Goebel, Richard Goebel and Joan Freeman.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary J Barnes; his children, Donna Goebel-Robinson (Raphael "Smokey"), Kirk Goebel (RoseMarie) and Laura Goebel (David Burton); his grandchildren, Raphael Robinson, Lauren Meehan (Justin) and Brett Goebel (Allie Mascolo); and his great grandchildren, Mason and Cameron.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Veterans of Foreign Wars or Tunnel to Towers in memory of Jerome.
