He is survived by: his son Joe Toeben (April) of Albany; his grandchildren, Amelia and Harrison Toeben; and his siblings, Marvin Toeben (Linda) of St. Cloud, Sandra Merden (Chuck) of Avon, Vonnie Botz (John) of St. Cloud, Nona Welsh of Alexandria and Marlys Stocker (Al) of Albany.
