We are sad to announce that on May 29, 2019, at the age of 22, Blake Hemker (Freeport, Minnesota), born in Saint Cloud, Minnesota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Blake Hemker to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Art Engelmeyer, Virgil and Lola Hemker; his uncle Jack Engelmeyer; and his cousin Burke Engelmeyer.
He is survived by: his parents, Jim Hemker and Jean Hemker of Freeport; his nephews, Tyler, Connor and Nolan Hemker; and his grandmother Marge Engelmeyer of St. Rosa. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Sacred Heart School and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
