He is survived by: his wife Carole Lee; his children, Liz (Dave), Judy, Tom (Tammy), Jamie (Paul), Nikki (Jimmy) and Heath; his siblings, Judy (Dave), Dennis and Tim (Faye); and his siblings-in-law, Dennis (Janice), Bryce and Carolyn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
