It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodger Edward Palmer (Frazee, Minnesota), who passed away on May 10, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Palmer and Frances Palmer; his siblings, Vivian Rohr (Norbert), Betty Frank (Huck), Dorothy Roes (Paul), Kermit Palmer and Marion Stoll; his niece Barb Roes; and his nephew John Rohr.
He is survived by: his friend Kenny Hoehne; his wife Elaine Palmer; his children, Beth Sommer (Scott), Patti Palmer, Marc Palmer, Chuck Palmer (Mary), Jen Emerson (Michael), Joel Love, Wendy Zitzow (Jeff) and Christy Love; his grandchildren, Tyler Sommer (Casey), Lindsay Sommer, Nick Sommer, Samantha Brown, Jake Brown, Annika Emerson, Svea Emerson, Peter Emerson and Derek Zitzow; his great grandchild Sandra Palmer; and his brother-in-law Gene Stoll. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
