He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Woodard and Marie Woodard (Stacey); his wife Janice Schram; his children, Neil and Janice; his brothers, Bob (Eleanor Woodard) and Pete (Mary Woodard); and his brothers-in-law, Robert Schram and David Schram.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Woodard (Renee) of Frazee, Minnesota, Jean Soland (Bryan) of Vergas, Minnesota, Sue Wilkowski (Jesse) of Butler, Minnesota, Jane Bergquist (Larry) of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota and Steve Woodard of Frazee. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
