She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Mahoney and Mary Mahoney (Spalinger); her former husband Pete; her brothers, John, Donald, Duane Mahoney and Robert; and her sisters-in-law, Becky Woodard and Janice Woodard.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Schumacher, Gail Peterson (Maurice) of Cold Spring, MN, Pat Woodard (Anne) of Parker, CO and Dave Woodard (Tami) of Ottertail, MN.; her grandchildren, Colleen Hoscheid (John), Stacey Henstorf (Aaron), Jessie Miosek (Josh), Ben Peterson (Danielle), Matt Peterson (Elysia), Kevin Woodard, Erin Spagnoli (Bill), Cassie Woodard, Andrew Woodard, Cory Woodard and Alexa Woodard; and her siblings-in-law, Marilyn Mahoney and Neil Woodard. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Memorials given to Mary's family will be donated to Sanford Hospice, Fargo ND, Sacred Heart Catholic Church General Fund and the Frazee Girls Golf team.
