He is survived by: his mother Alice Puttbrese (Pederson); his wife Mary (Golkowski); his children, JoLyn Halvorson (Den), Jessi Lotzer (Jared), Ryan Puttbrese and Lyndsey Puttbrese; his sisters, Gloria Halverson, Phyllis Bahr, Patty Lorenzen and Laurette Schmidt (James); and also, JoAnn Vierling, Larry Golkowski, Tom Golkowski (Betty), Randy Golkowski (Tammy) and Scott Golkowski (Mary). He is also survived by friends, neighbors and co-workers.
