He was predeceased by: his father Donald Woodard. He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Woodard; his siblings, Richard Woodard (Jolene), Ronald Woodard, Larry Woodard and Janice Tervo; and his close friends, Bud, Julie Ellenberg and Shawn Koplin. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
