He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Neisen and Elizabeth Neisen (Feda); his wife Betty Neisen; and his siblings, Ambrose Neisen, Irma Schultz and Ronald Neisen.
He is survived by: his significant other Betty Kaufman; his children, Dan Neisen, Dave Neisen (Torey), Sandy Erickson and Greg Neisen (Sue Hollom); his grandchildren, Brice, Cassandra, Dustin (Brittni), Tiffany (Troy), Jessica, Heather (Erik), Angie, Dumitru Daniel, Derek (Hannah), Dylan and Katie (Steven); his great grandchildren, Ella, Grace, Ben, Evan, Oliver, Harvey, Clarity and Opus; and his siblings, Howard Neisen and Mary Ann Robischon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
