She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Ragan and Edna Ragan (Sayre); and her siblings, Floyd Ragan, Bob Ragan, Charles Ragan and Phyllis Kruse.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Degner; her children, Roger Degner, Deb Balsley and Jill Ousky (Tom); her brother Dale Ragan (Bonnie); her grandson Thomas Ousky; and her siblings-in-law, Larry Degner and Nadine Degner. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
