Ronald Degner Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 21, 2023, at the age of 88, Ronald Degner of Franklin, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Degner and Luella Degner (Nielsen); his wife Yvonne Ragan; and his siblings, Donald Degner, Marvin Degner, LaVerne Degner, LaVonne Andree, Dorothy Niemann and Galen Degner.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Degner and Jill Ousky (Tom); his grandson Thomas Ousky; his brother Larry Degner (Nadine); and his siblings-in-law, Dale Ragan (Bonnie) and Lynn Ragan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
He donated his time making signs for area churches and schools, and helped with the brick work for many schools, hospitals, and homes throughout Minnesota and the surrounding states.
