He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Sherman and Bonita Sherman (Johnson); his wife Jean Sherman; and his sisters-in-law, Jane Lund (Roger) and June Lehman (Ervin).
He is survived by: his sons, Scott Sherman of Rapid City and Samuel Sherman (Sylvia) of Franklin, Minnesota; his sisters, Sylvia Sather (David) of Franklin and Mary Lou Lee (Roger) of Franklin, Minnesota; and his sister-in-law Joan Robertson of Watertown, Minnesota. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren; 11 Great-Grandchildren; 14 Great- Great Grandchildren.
