She was predeceased by: her parents, John Strand and Pauline Strand (Hollevoet); her husband Roger Ekeberg; her parents-in-law, Edwin and Alma Ekeberg; her siblings, Helen Brissett, Opal Jensen, Bernice Strand, Palmer Strand, Gordon Strand, Marlen Strand and John Strand; and her brothers-in-law, Leo Snetsinger, George Brissett and Delmar Jensen.
She is survived by: her children, Sheryl Dahl (Ronald) of Fosston, Rodney Ekeberg of Fosston, Kevin Ekeberg of Fosston, Connie Schwartz (Mark) of Lester Prairie, MN, Mark Ekeberg (Rafeala) of Shakopee, MN, Steven Ekeberg (Georgette) of Glencoe, MN and Karen Wells (David McCowan) of Wayzata, MN; her sister Erma Siedschlag (Richard) of Moorhead, MN; and her sister-in-law Margie Strand of Fosston. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
