He is survived by: his grandson Andrew; his wife Judy Ball of Fosston; his children, Kelly Sather (Nicholas) of Fosston and Andrew Ophus (Alanna Hanson) of Forest Lake, MN; his grandchildren, Brodie, Owen Sather, Emily, Blake, Rhett and Ella Ophus; his siblings, Denise Overmoen of West Fargo, ND, Richard Ophus (Gloria) of Hugo, MN, Bette Kluck of Maple Grove, MN and Geraldine LaVoi (Daniel) of Fosston, MN; his father-in-law Robert Ball; and also, Deb Moen (Ernie) of Cambridge, MN and Roberta Freeman (Paul) of Fergus Falls, MN.
