With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Naomi Fay Steinmetz (Fosston, Minnesota), born in Breckenridge, Minnesota, who passed away on December 25, 2019 at the age of 78. She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa Brown and Neoma Brown (Johnson); her grandson Adam Steinmetz; and her siblings, Earl, James, Glen Brown and Betty Boit.
She is survived by: her husband Scoop Steinmetz of Erskine, MN; her children, Jimmy Steinmetz (Sue) of Mahnomen, Danny Steinmetz (Andrea) of Detroit Lakes, MN, Becky Hall (Scott) of Fertile, MN, Holly Bilden (Nute) of Erhard, MN and Tammy Novacek (Efrem) of Greenbush, MN; her siblings, Howard Brown of Oklahoma City, OK and Edith Kaiser of Detroit Lakes; and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Brown of Fosston and Irene Brown of Milwaukee, WI. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
