He was predeceased by: his parents, Moritz Rue and Clara Rue (Berglund); and his siblings, Rolly, Darryl, Ralph and Cheryl.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Hanson; his children, Todd Rue (Tamie), Melanie Paulson (Dan), Mitchell Rue (Becca) and Kristopher Rue (Gwen); his grandchildren, Brook Burggraf (David), Anika, Jack, Gunnar Paulson, Hayden, Braylee Rue, Maxwell and Charles Rue; and his great grandchildren, Claire, Camille, Callie and Cora Burggraf. He is also survived by his dad, brother, sons, nephews, and often included his grandchildren.
