He is survived by: his wife Janice of Fosston; his daughters, Laurie Stern (Dale) of Arlington, MN, Lynnette Renaud (Ronnie Novacek) of Greenbush, MN and Melissa Murphy (Eric) of Fosston; his grandchildren, Alex Stern, Emily Stern, Brandy Renaud, Amanda Murphy, Abby Murphy and Amaya Murphy; his great grandchildren, Maverick Murphy of Aurora and Owen Okstad; his brother Orvis Haugen (Debbie) of Grygla, MN; his mother-in-law Lorraine Svedahl of Fosston; his sisters-in-law, Norma Haugen of Red Wing, MN and Sandra Linsenmeyer (Stanley) of Marshalltown, IA; and his aunt Minnie Smith of McIntosh.
