He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Lindberg and Leticia Lindberg (Matson); his wife Bev; his son Jonathan (Roberta); and his brothers, Chuck (Joyce) and Bill (Irene).

He is survived by: his children, Becky Overmoe (Bob) of Fosston, Joe Lindberg of Fosston and Jim Lindberg of Port Charlotte, FL; his grandson Justin Anderson of Duluth, MN; and his great grandchild Jackson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
