He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Olsen and Magdelin Olsen (Erpelding); his brother Charlie; and his nephew Ted Olsen. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Czaplewski; his children, Tina (Kevin Kearney) of Hurricane, Ann (David Owen) of Louisville and Billy of Winona; and his grandchildren, Hailey, Courtney, Lindsey Hall, Kiley, Casey Kearney, Isabella Owen and Morgan Olsen. He is also survived by nieces, cousins and other relatives.
