He was predeceased by: his sister Susan Gartner; and his brother-in-law Del Breland. He is survived by: his mother Eleanor Gartner (Shamla); his wife Marilyn (Kubesh); his children, Alisa Gardner (Joseph) of Austin, TX, Adam Gartner (Katherine) of Buffalo, MN, Mariel Novacek (Steven) of Buffalo, MN and Michael Gartner (Linda) of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Annastasia, Katherine, Amelia, Andrew, Gabriella, Beatrice, Sebastian, Rosalie and Dominic; his siblings, Steve Gartner (Carol), Mary Breland, Greg Gartner (Pam), Jane Gartner, John Gartner (Marian) and Kathy DeOlivera (Richard); and his father Andrew Gartner. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to St. Francis Xavier School in Buffalo, MN or Holy Spirit Academy in Monticello, MN in Bob's honor.
