He is survived by: his parents, Rick Richter and Janel Richter; his siblings, Amy Richter (Paul) and John Richter (April); his nephew Vincent; and his nieces, Sophia, Kayla and Kira. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
