He was predeceased by: his father John F. Rau; and his siblings, Randy and Jodi. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Rau (Danielle) of Buffalo and Jared Rau (Alex) of Milaca, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Brayden, Gavin and Maelynn; his mother Rita Moeller (Leon); his brothers, Jack Rau (Stacie) and Bradley Rau (Jaime); and his stepsiblings, Dave Moeller (Bonnie), Mike Moeller (Becky) and Gail Thorsbakkern. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
All attending the visitation will be required to wear masks. Social distancing and facility capacity limits will be followed Douglas John Rau was born February 5, 1965 to John and Rita (Vizenor) Rau in Santa Clara, California.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
