He is survived by: his parents, Terry McDonald and Lynne McDonald; his wife Michele; his children, Chris McDonald (Amanda), Nick McDonald (Lexi) and Katie Stewart (Jake); his grandchildren, Emma, Chloe, Zoie, Bryson, Kaden and Ava; his brother Jim McDonald (Colleen); his brothers-in-law, Curt Christians (Andi) and Jeff Christians (Louise); and his grandparents, Charles and Kathleen McDonald. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends.
