She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Ken Schirmers; and her siblings, Harv Stockness and Blanche Virkus. She is survived by: her husband Joe; her children, Michael Jay (Mary Ann), Sandra Flaherty (Steven), Jenell Johnson (Michael), Mark Jay (Nancy) and DeeDee Schirmers; her close friend Shirley Smith; and her friend Judy Fandrei Morrison of Kenai, Alaska. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital.
