We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2023, at the age of 83, Sonja J. Plantz of Forest Lake, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, A. O. Garlock and Dagny Garlock; and her brother Gayle Garlock. She is survived by: her husband Joe; her children, Michel, Tim, Amy VanBergen (John) and Carrie Krautkramer (Fred); and her grandchildren, Abigail, Grace, Jack and Reece. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews other relatives and lifelong friends.
