He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; his daughter Heather Proulx (Jeremy); his grandsons, Ethan and Connor; and his siblings, Gary (Mireille Bardy), Dale (Carol), Dennis (Suzanne), Gloria Ophus (Richard), Vern, Richard, Donna Moses (Ron), Nick, Roger (Renee) and Lauren (Deb). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
