He is survived by: his wife JoJean Hook; his daughters, Sally and Heidi (Steve); his stepson Harley (Sam); his grandchildren, Ashley (Travis), Christopher, Jessica, Mikko, Grace and Finley; his great grandchildren, Bentley, Avery, SkyLynn, Maven, Hailey, MacKenzie, Wyatt, Aubree and Jameson; and his siblings, Gloria (Chris) and Arlin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
