He is survived by: his children, Ann Carter of Denver, CO, Joe Tebben (Shawn) of Lakewood, CO and Eric Tebben (Julie) of North Oaks, MN; his grandchildren, Elle Carter, Evan Carter, Willis Tebben and Emma Tebben; and his girlfriend Leona DeGolier.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Faith Lutheran Church.
