He was predeceased by: his wife Joanne. He is survived by: his children, David Fowler, Danny Fowler (Andrea), Elizabeth Fowler, Cindy Koyl (Nelson), Ricky Fowler, Lynne Larson (Tim) and Sandie Weitemier (Chuck). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
