It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Orville F. Hughes (Forest Lake, Minnesota), who passed away on April 12, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert and Eleanor (Peltier); and his siblings, Lucille Waldoch, Ardel Rehbein, Vernon, Arnold, Harry and Earl Hughes.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly (LaCasse); his children, Pamela Meyer (Greg), Barbara, Linda, Gordon, Jerome (Cindy), Curtis and Jennifer Johnson (Guy); his grandchildren, Amy (Fred Miller), Rebecca, Kara (Jesse Wright), John Meyer, Matthew (Laura), Lynette, Jeremy (Taya), Bryan Baker, Angie (Cory Kopas), Patrick (Trisha) and Ali Jo Hughes; his stepgrandsons, Adam and Gordon Johnson (Jessica); and his brother Dale of Wyoming, MN. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild; many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
In Orville's honor, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Dementia Society of America would be appreciated.
