Neill is survived by: children, Lee Neumann (Sandy), David Neumann (Teresa), Michael Schutta, Margaret "Peggy" Olson (Mark) and Patricia Shelley (Lou); and close friends, Hans Schmidt, David Crozier, Ron, Joyce White and Pastor Paul Sutterer. Neill is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren.
