It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Blake of Forest Lake, Minnesota, who passed away on January 7, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Blake to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Ann Blake; and his parents, John Christian Blake and Ruth B. Blake. He is survived by: his children, Toni Quinn (Andrew), Damon Blake (Chelsey) and Nathan Blake (Nancy Wong); his grandchildren, Isabella Blake, Patricia Blake and Michael Cable; and his sister Gerry Moore. He is also survived by many other friends and relatives.
Unfortunately due to Covid we will not be able to gather until this pandemic is over.
In lieu of flowers or money, if so moved, friends and loved ones are encouraged to make a charitable contribution in John's name.
