He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rands and Edna Rands; and his sister Barb Clasen. He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne; his children, Denise Weis (Bryan) and David (Jennifer); and his stepchildren, Aaron Strand (Marie) and Joyce Vosler (Mark). He is also survived by many grandchildren & step-grandchildren; many other family & friends.
