He was predeceased by: his former wife Sharon; his son Jamie; his parents, Jay "Bud" and Estelle; his brothers, Robert and Richard; his brother-in-law Terry Baumann; and his friend Chuck Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his sons, Jay (Becky) and E. J. (Pauline); his grandsons, Andrew, Joshua, Gaeten and Bohdin; his sister Donna Bauman; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie, Mary Ann Hansen (Fred) and Sandy Ruhlow. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
