He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Jeff, James (Becca) and Rachel (Jim); and his siblings, Jeanne Olson, Nora Blevins (Jeff), Marti McKinnon and Ann McKinnon (Stan). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
