He was predeceased by: his mother Clarice; his brothers, Donald (Dona), Dean, Lloyd and Lamoine; his granddaughter Corrine; his parents-in-law, Alex and Doris Amundson; and his brothers-in-law, Raymond Amundson (Judy), Fred Tesch and John Niemeyer.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Amundson; his children, Jeff (Connie), Tom (Shareen), Dan (Robin), Lisa (Jamey), Denise Weis (Bryan) and David Rands (Jennifer); his sisters, Audrey Stevens (Ken) and Norma Niemeyer (Howard Cary); his siblings-in-law, Annette, Shirley and Jerry Amundson (Brita); and his family John Deere. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
