We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2020, at the age of 83, Gwendolyne Amelia Hansen (Forest Lake, Minnesota), born in Dell Rapids, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Mark; her children, Jeffrey Hansen of Fairport, NY, Joel Hansen (Susan) of Lindstrom, MN and Jessica Carr (David) of Maple Grove, MN; her grandchildren, Kellisa, Josh, Britta (Jeffrey), Ethan and Jack (Joel); her sisters-in-law, Janet Gilbertson of Austin, MN and Marie Hagg of Frankfurt, KY; and her parents, Hilding Hagg and Esther Hagg. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews, their spouses, children, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
The family welcomes memorials to Cherish All Children, which is an effort to end human trafficking and the last issue Gwen took up with intent to solve, Forest Lake Community Scholarship Foundation or Faith Lutheran Church.
