With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gwen R. Johnson (Forest Lake, Minnesota), who passed away on April 19, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bob; her grandson Nicholas Swanson; her siblings, Lowell Hansen (Betty), Yvonne MacMartin (Douglas) and Mark Hansen (Gwen); and her brother-in-law Larry Gilbertson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Campanaro (Dan) and Jan Dick (Earl); her grandsons, Andrew Schmidt (Yvonne), Alex Johnson (Anne), Sam Johnson (Kendra), Matthew Swanson (Sarorn), Cody Dick and Logan Charles (George); her sister Janet Gilbertson; and her sister-in-law Jacqueline Walker. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorials preferred to Faith Lutheran Church or the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation.
