Gary L. Carlson Obituary

We bid farewell to Gary L. Carlson of Forest Lake, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 1, 2024 at the age of 75. Gary touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Carlson and Marilyn Carlson. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jean Larsen; his children, Corinn Gostanzik (Brian), Karmen Dinh (Ty), Krista Barnett (Alex), Edwin and Cal; his grandchildren, Ava Barnett, Abigaile Gostanzik, Addison Dinh, Uriah Barnett, Maxwell Dinh, Eliana Dinh and Silas Barnett; his siblings, Kristi Ahlstrom (Joel), Scott (Denise) and John (Susan); his uncle Ralph Carlson; and his aunt Marilyn Vatsaas. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as extended family.

Finally he demonstrated an extravagant love for people, which never diminished even despite the throes of Alzheimer's Disease.
